Photography & Videography Service Policy
By booking our services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
A 75% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. A date will not be reserved until the advance payment has been received.
The remaining 25% must be paid after the work is completed and before the final edited files are delivered.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If the customer cancels the booking, the 75% advance payment is non-refundable because the selected date and time were reserved for the customer.
A request to reschedule must be made as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to our availability. Additional charges may apply if the location, date, duration, or project requirements change.
3. Customer Punctuality
Customers are expected to arrive on time and ensure that the venue, participants, products, outfits, and other required items are ready before the scheduled start time.
Delays caused by the customer may reduce the available shooting time. Additional time will be charged separately and will depend on availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information about the event, location, schedule, and expected deliverables before the shoot.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions to photograph or record at the selected location. The customer must also obtain consent from participants when required.
5. Creative Style
By booking our services, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted our photography and videography style.
Final editing decisions—including colour, lighting, music, transitions, image selection, and overall presentation—will follow our professional and creative judgment while considering the agreed project brief.
6. Revisions and Changes
The package includes a maximum of two rounds of reasonable revisions after the first edited version is delivered.
All requested changes should be submitted together for each revision round. Additional revisions, major changes, or requests outside the original agreement may require an additional fee.
A request to completely change the previously approved concept, theme, music, style, or project direction is not considered a standard revision and may be charged separately.
7. Raw and Unedited Files
Raw photographs, unedited videos, project files, and rejected images are not included unless agreed upon in writing before the project begins.
Only the final selected and professionally edited files will be delivered.
8. Delivery
The expected delivery date will be communicated based on the size and requirements of the project.
Delivery time begins after the shoot is completed and all necessary information, selections, and materials have been provided by the customer. Delays in customer feedback or payment may delay the final delivery.
9. File Storage
Customers should download and securely back up their final files after delivery. We are not responsible for permanently storing completed project files.
Requests to recover or resend previously delivered files may incur an additional charge and will depend on whether the files are still available.
10. Copyright and Usage
We retain copyright ownership of the photographs and videos we create unless a separate written agreement transfers those rights.
The customer may use the final delivered content for the personal or business purposes agreed upon at booking. The customer may not resell, heavily alter, or provide the content to another party for commercial use without permission.
11. Portfolio and Promotional Use
We may use selected photographs or video clips in our portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, or other promotional materials.
Customers who require complete privacy must inform us in writing before the shoot.
12. Music and Third-Party Content
Music, logos, artwork, or other third-party content requested by the customer may be subject to copyright or licensing restrictions.
The customer is responsible for providing permission or the appropriate licence for any specific copyrighted material they ask us to include.
13. Equipment Failure and Unavoidable Events
We take reasonable precautions to protect our equipment and project files. However, we are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, accidents, venue restrictions, power failure, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
If we cannot complete the service because of such circumstances, we will discuss rescheduling, replacement services, or another fair solution with the customer.
14. Final Approval
Once the customer approves the final version, any further changes will be treated as a new revision and may require an additional fee.
Payment of the advance confirms that the customer has read, understood, and accepted this policy.
